Chief Executive Officer, Henry Staelens, founded Pantheon to maxmise the commercial opportunities for sports organisations, far beyond what they previously imagined, whilst simultaneously improving societal impact.
During his career, Henry has been the youngest CEO in football whilst leading Forest Green Rovers to record profitability (and on-field promotion) over five seasons and led the sport of ice hockey in the UK to an historic merger and delivered the UK's first ever self-sustaining commercial strategy for a National Governing Body.
Today, it is Henry's innovative approach to commercialisation and authentic societal impact, that shapes how we work with our clients to win.
